Willowick...just saying the name conjures up images of gently rolling hills sloping down to the waters edge and blazing sunsets painted above Lake Erie.
It's the city where I grew up and although I've learned a lot about it over the years it still intrigues me.
It's filled with a variety of both old and new homes, street's named after local people and places and it sits along one of our country's greatest natural resources.
There are still so many things I'd like to know about this city and others in the surrounding area. Since I am a reporter and a writer I started this blog so I can do what comes naturally...research, ask questions and learn from others.
I want this blog to be a place where people can share their own stories about the city....some passed down through the generations....others still alive and well.
